Vivo Y19s 5G with 6.74 inch LCD HD+ display, Dimensity 6300 SoC and Funtouch OS 15 launched in India

Back in October, we had spotted the Vivo Y19s 5G on multiple certifications, hinting towards an imminent launch. Well, Vivo has now made it official, and the smartphone has been silently launched in India.

Vivo Y19s 5G Specs and Features

It features a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 260 PPI pixel density, TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification for eye comfort, and 700 nits HBM brightness.

Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chipset, paired with Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15. It is available in 4GB + 64GB, 4GB + 128GB, and 6GB + 128GB variants with LPDDR4X RAM and eMMC 5.1 storage, along with support for up to 6GB Extended RAM (Virtual RAM) and up to 2TB expandable storage.

It comes with a 13MP + 0.08MP dual rear setup with flash, along with a 5MP front selfie shooter. It is backed by a powerful 6000mAh (typical) battery with 15W charging support and Super Battery Saver mode, promising up to 22.9 hours of YouTube playback or over 26 hours of Spotify playback, and offers 5-year battery health longevity with 1600 complete charge cycles maintaining ≥ 80% battery capacity.

The Vivo Y19s 5G features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and has 24-Dimension Security Protection covering the mobile phone, battery, charging chip, current, voltage, Type-C port, cable, adapter, temperature, and more for comprehensive usage safety. It also offers military-grade durability, with SGS-certified drop resistance, IP64 dust and water resistance, 32,000 drop tests, -20°C to 50°C extreme-temperature testing, 150,000 volume button presses, 500,000 power button presses, and 20,000 USB plug cycles, ensuring long-term structural reliability.

Connectivity features include support for 5G (n1/n3/n5/n8/n28B/n40/n77/n78), 4G FDD/TDD, 3G, 2G, dual-SIM dual standby, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C (USB 2.0), OTG, and FM Radio, while NFC is not supported.

It also comes with AI features like AI Erase, AI Photo Enhance, and AI Documents. Other features include 200% super loud volume, multi-faceted design with extended lifespan, and an ultra-bright flashlight offering up to 10x brightness with 4-level adjustable controls and up to 17 hours of use while using less than 3x power consumption.

Pricing and Availability

The Vivo Y19s 5G is available in two colour options, Majestic Green and Titanium Silver. It comes in three memory variants priced at ₹10,999 for 4GB + 64GB, ₹11,999 for 4GB + 128GB, and ₹13,499 for 6GB + 128GB. While the phone is listed on the Vivo India official website, it is currently available in offline markets and may soon be available online as well.
