Vivo has now added the fifth smartphone under its X300 series in its home market of China with the launch of the Vivo X300 E. The new device arrives with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 mobile platform, a 7,200mAh battery, 90W wired charging, and ZEISS-branded cameras.

Vivo X300 E (V2612A) – Specifications and Features
The phone comes in two colour choices of Sunlight Orange, Moonlight White, and Midnight Black and measures 157.52 × 74.33mm, whereas the Moonlight White variant is 7.99mm thick and weighs 203gm. Its Sunlight Orange and Midnight Black colour variants are slightly thinner and lighter at 7.79mm and 199.5gm, respectively.
For its display, the Vivo X300 E features a 6.59″ flat AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2750 × 1260 pixels, a 144Hz refresh rate, offering up to 5,000 nits of local peak brightness and 1,800 nits of global peak brightness.
Vivo has further equipped the display with integrated hardware and software-based eye-protection features, along with gaming-focused eye-protection modes and ZREAL ultra-high-definition certification. Support for up to 144fps gaming will also be available across selected compatible games.
Under the hood, the smartphone uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and comes with 12GB of quad-channel LPDDR5X RAM and storage options of 256GB and 512GB using UFS 4.1 storage. It runs on the Android 16-based OriginOS 6 operating system.
Speaking about its cameras, the Vivo X300 E sports a ZEISS-branded triple-camera system at the rear, comprising a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera with an f/1.88 aperture and OIS, a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with an f/2.65 aperture and OIS, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture. Its telephoto camera supports up to 100x digital zoom, whereas a 50MP front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture is present for selfies and video calls.
The camera system supports rear-camera autofocus, front and rear video stabilisation, up to 4K video recording, slow-motion recording, portrait videos, panorama, time-lapse, professional photography, stage mode, food photography, and several other camera features.
Coming to its battery, the Vivo X300 E packs a 7,200mAh Blue Ocean battery and supports up to 90W wired fast charging as well as OTG reverse charging. The battery uses Vivo’s fourth-generation silicon-anode technology and second-generation semi-solid-state battery technology, and is claimed to work under extreme cold and high-temperature conditions. It offers an energy density of 876Wh/L as well.
Vivo has also offered its Blue Ocean Endurance System, Global Direct Drive Power Supply 2.0 (reduce heat and battery wear while charging and gaming), and Micro Power Genie 2.0 (automatically activates its power-saving mode when the battery is nearly depleted and restores the previous task after the charger is connected) features on the smartphone.
Other key specifications include dual nano-SIM cards, 5G SA, supported 5G dual-SIM dual-pass connectivity, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, an infrared remote control sensor, stereo speakers, an X-axis linear motor, USB Type-C port with USB 2.0, and USB Type-C digital earphone support. GPS L1 + L5, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, NavIC, A-GPS, cellular positioning, Wi-Fi positioning, and geofencing are also supported.
For security, the device features a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and face recognition. Its Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor 2.0 is claimed to support fingerprint unlocking even with wet or oily hands. Pricing and Availability
Just as it was revealed through its previous China Telecom listing, the Vivo X300 E will be available in two memory configurations. Its 12GB/256GB variant is priced at CNY 4,799, whereas the 12GB/512GB variant carries a price tag of CNY 5,299.
Pre-orders for the smartphone are currently live in China, and it will go on sale starting from the 31st of July 2026 through the Vivo China online store and other Chinese retailers.
