On Nov. 13, Vivo will unveil the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro smartphones in China. The rumour mill has already leaked the key specifications of the vanilla model, and now in a new Weibo post, tipster Digital Chat Station has shared the key details of the Pro variant. Here is a look at what to expect from the specifications of the Vivo X100 Pro.
Vivo X100 Pro specifications (rumoured)
According to DCS, the Dimensity 9300-powered Vivo X100 Pro will feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 primary camera and a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera with 4.3x optical zoom. Other reports have claimed that it will also have a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens. For selfies, it may feature a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. The device is expected to feature the all-new Vivo V3 chip for an enhanced photography experience.
Under the hood, the Vivo X100 Pro will have a 5,400mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging via a USB-C port, which will support the USB 3.0 protocol. In addition, the device will also support 50W wireless charging. It is confirmed to come preloaded with Origin OS 4-based Android 14.
DCS claims that the Vivo X100 Pro’s screen will offer a 1.5K resolution. It is already known through other leaks that it will arrive with a 6.78-inch curved-edge OLED 120Hz display, which will be integrated with a fingerprint sensor. The X100 Pro is also confirmed to come in colour options, such as Chyene Black, Moonlight White, Star Trail Blue, and Sunset Orange. It may carry a starting price of 4,999 Yuan (~$687).
