Vivo X Fold 6 teased to arrive with 200MP Samsung HPB main camera and an 8-02 inch Samsung M14 OLED internal screen

The Chinese manufacturer Vivo will soon unveil its latest foldable smartphone, Vivo X Fold 6, in its home country, China and lately various details related to this device have been officially revealed online.

Today, Vivo’s Product Manager, Han Boxiao, has shared the camera and display features of the Vivo X Fold 6 smartphone.

Vivo X Fold 6: Camera and display details teased

The Vivo X Fold 6 smartphone is confirmed to feature a 200MP Samsung HPB main camera sensor (1/1.4-inch large sensor, f/1.68 aperture, CIPA 4.5 professional-grade image stabilisation). It is equipped with a Zeiss APO Super Telephoto lens, making it the first foldable camera to meet Zeiss APO chromatic aberration control standards. The 50MP Sony LYT 602 periscope telephoto lens comes with CIPA 4.5 professional-grade image stabilisation.

The Vivo X Fold 6 also supports the Vivo Zeiss G2 teleconverter (equivalent to 200mm). It is equipped with Blueprint Image Chip V3+. The foldable smartphone also boasts Vivo’s portrait capabilities:

  • Five golden portrait focal lengths, from 23mm to 100mm, all with 50MP ultra-high-definition image quality
  • The only foldable camera with a full-focal-length zoom flash, providing professional lighting for night scene portraits and greater freedom in shooting
  • Blueprint native colors, Blueprint color palette, multiple film styles, AI agent camera assistant, and AI creative camera

Vivo’s foldable phone debuts with the latest Samsung M14 luminescent material in its 8.02-inch inner screen. The device features Master Color screens with 5000 nits peak brightness, 1-nit ultra-dark soft-light screen for late-night phone use; better luminescent materials and lower power consumption ensure comfortable viewing both when open and closed. The displays are certified by TUV Rheinland Global Eye Protection 3.0.
