Vivo X Fold 6 confirmed to feature a 7000 mAh Blue Ocean battery, IPX8+IPX9 dual waterproof rating and more

The Chinese manufacturer Vivo will introduce its latest Vivo X Fold 6 smartphone and Vivo TWS 5 Pro in China on 26th June. Till now, various details related to these upcoming devices have been revealed online.
Today, Vivo’s product manager, Han Boxiao, has shared some new details related to the upcoming foldable smartphone.
Vivo X Fold 6: New features revealed
The foldable device will arrive in four colour options: Blue Hole, Salt Lake, Polar Night and Black Gold.
The smartphone is equipped with a 7000 mAh Blue Ocean battery, featuring the industry’s first fifth-generation silicon anode technology and the exclusive third-generation semi-solid-state battery technology. The Blue Ocean Battery System has also been deeply optimised, achieving up to 9.8 hours of battery life under heavy load conditions. It offers stable battery life even in a -20 degree Celsius freezer.
The device boasts an IPX8+IPX9 dual waterproof rating, able to withstand continuous frontal water cannon impact from 10 tons of water. Ultra-reliable lightweight hinge for stable opening and closing during continuous folding.
The newly upgraded Universal Signal Amplification System 3.0 features a self-developed 1+4 communication chipset with one Universal Signal Amplification chip and 4 WiFi-enhanced wall-penetrating chips, resulting in significantly enhanced communication performance.
