Vivo’s next T-series smartphone – the Vivo T5 Lite 5G – has now officially landed in the Indian market. Speaking of its key specifications, the device packs a massive 6,500mAh battery with 44W charging and reverse wired charging support. Also to add, Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is expected to launch a similar smartphone under the iQOO Z11 Lite 5G moniker.

Vivo T5 Lite 5G – Specifications and Features
The newly launched Vivo T5 Lite 5G smartphone features a 6.74″ LCD display that supports an HD+ resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels, up to 120Hz refresh rate, 260 PPI pixel density, and 83% NTSC color gamut. The display also offers up to 1,200 nits of brightness under the high brightness mode.
Under the hood, the smartphone uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300 5G chipset, which is built using a 6nm process. It features an octa-core CPU consisting of two cores clocked at 2.4GHz and six cores operating at 2.0GHz.

Regarding its memory configurations, the device is being offered in 4GB/128GB, 6GB/128GB, and 6GB/256GB options. It uses LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage, while support for up to 4GB/6GB of extended RAM has also been provided. Users will also be able to expand the storage by up to 2TB using a microSD card.
Moving on to its cameras, the Vivo T5 Lite 5G sports a 50MP Sony IMX852/LYT505C primary rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture. It is accompanied by a 0.08MP auxiliary sensor with an f/3.0 aperture and an LED flash. For selfies and video calls, a 5MP front-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture has been given.
Speaking more, the smartphone is backed by a massive 6,500mAh Li-ion battery and supports 44W wired charging. Reverse wired charging support has also been given, allowing the device to charge compatible accessories and other smartphones.
The Vivo T5 Lite 5G measures 167.40 × 77.10 × 8.39mm in dimensions and weighs around 209gm. It features a plastic composite sheet on the rear panel and comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The device is being offered in the Twilight Shadow and Wave Blue color choices.
Regarding durability, the smartphone features an IP65-rated dust- and water-resistant body and MIL-STD-810 certification. On the software side, it runs on OriginOS 6.0 based on the Android 16 operating system.
For connectivity, the Vivo T5 Lite 5G supports dual nano-SIM cards with 5G + 5G dual-SIM dual standby, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C, USB 2.0, GPS, OTG, and FM radio. However, NFC connectivity is not supported on the device.
Pricing and Availability
Regarding its pricing, the base 4GB/128GB memory variant of the Vivo T5 Lite 5G has been introduced at INR 19,999. Its 6GB/128GB model carries a price tag of INR 21,999, whereas the higher 6GB/256GB variant is priced at INR 24,999.
The smartphone will be made available for purchase in the Indian market starting July 22nd, 2026, at 12 PM. Interested customers will be able to get the device through Vivo India’s official website, Flipkart, and other major offline retail stores across the country.

As part of the launch offers, buyers will be eligible for an instant discount of INR 1,500 using Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, and SBI Bank cards. However, this instant bank discount will only be available during the first day of the sale.
Additionally, Vivo is offering up to three months of no-cost EMI across all three memory variants of the smartphone.
