Vivo Pad 5c aka iQOO Pad 5c Launched in China With 12.1″ 2.8K 144Hz Display, Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, and 10,000mAh Battery
After launching the Vivo X Fold 6 and Vivo TWS 5 Pro in its home market China, Vivo is now back again with two new tablet devices – the Vivo Pad 5c and iQOO Pad 5c. Essentially, both these tablets are rebranded versions of each other, and while the complete spec sheet remains the same, the Vivo Pad 5c comes in three color choices, whereas the iQOO Pad 5c has been made available in two color options.

Vivo Pad 5c and iQOO Pad 5c – Specs and Features
The newly launched Vivo Pad 5c and iQOO Pad 5c tablets feature a 12.1″ 2.8K LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 900 nits peak brightness. Under the hood, both devices are powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, and are paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS storage. To note, the 128GB storage variant comes with UFS 3.1 storage, while the 256GB storage variant features UFS 4.1 storage.
For cameras, the two tablets sport an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. They are backed by a 10000mAh battery, and support 44W fast charging via a Type-C charging port. The devices run on the OriginOS 6 HD tablet custom system, and also support the Vivo Pencil 3.
Regarding the audio and connectivity aspects, the Vivo Pad 5c and iQOO Pad 5c come equipped with a quad-speaker panoramic acoustic system, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB 3.2 Gen 1. The Bluetooth maximum connection range is mentioned to be 10 meters. The tablets also support password recognition and facial recognition for unlocking.
Speaking more, the two tablets bring multiple learning and office-related features too. These include PC-grade WPS, simultaneous interpretation, key content reminders, AI transcription, scanning, Atomic Notes, Universal Document, XiaoV Circle Search, AiPPT Assistant, multi-screen interconnection, small window collaboration, communication sharing, Vivo file transfer, and wireless printing.
OriginOS 6 HD, a 3D cooling system, game super-resolution, and game live streaming assistant are some of its other features. In terms of dimensions, both tablets measure 266.43 x 192 x 6.62mm and weigh 584 grams.
Vivo Pad 5c and iQOO Pad 5c – Pricing and Availability
The Vivo Pad 5c and iQOO Pad 5c tablets have now been listed for purchase in China, and both are available in three memory options. The 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at CNY 2699, while the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB variants carry price tags of CNY 2999 and CNY 3499 respectively.
Coming to the color options, the Vivo Pad 5c has been introduced in three shades – Blue Print/Sky Blue, Very Good/Black, and Worry-free Green/Green. On the other hand, the iQOO Pad 5c is available in two color choices – Gray Crystal and Silverwing.
