Samsung India teases new Galaxy F series smartphone with Flipkart listing

Samsung is set to launch a new batch of smartphones for both global and Indian audiences. Among them are the Galaxy F series smartphones, including the Galaxy F16 5G and Galaxy F06 5G. Both models have appeared on India’s BIS certification website, as well as their respective support pages. Additionally, a new microsite spotted on Flipkart confirms that Samsung is preparing to launch a new F series smartphone for the Indian market.
The teaser features the phrase, “Samsung’s got something fresh on the way,” with a big “F” in the middle. However, it doesn’t specify whether the device is the Galaxy F06 5G or the Galaxy F16 5G. Since this is just the first teaser, it would be wise to wait for more information.
So far, only renders of the Galaxy F16 5G have surfaced. If the leaked images are accurate, Samsung has moved away from its traditional triple vertical camera layout. Instead, a fresh camera design is expected for both smartphones, although the rear cameras are still likely to be vertically aligned.
Both smartphones have also appeared in the Geekbench database, revealing that they will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. It wouldn’t make much sense for Samsung to launch both models at the same time, so it’s best to wait a little longer. In the coming days, we can expect either more leaks or an official announcement from Samsung to confirm which smartphone it will be.
