Renders of the Upcoming Motorola Edge 40 Smartphone in Two More Additional Colours

The press renders of the Motorola Edge 40 smartphone in two colours were previously shared and following this, the renders of the smartphone in two more additional colours have now been made available. The smartphone is expected to have its launch in the global market very soon.

Previously we had shared the complete spec sheet of the Motorola Edge 40 and the Edge 40 Pro smartphones and it was expected that the smartphone would come in four different colour variants. From the press renders that was made available last month, the smartphone was revealed in two of the expected colours – Nebula Green and Eclipse Black and following this, the renders of the smartphone in Viva Magenta and Lunar Blue, the other two colours options of the smartphone, have now surfaced on the internet.

The Viva Magenta colour variant has the same vegan leather rear panel just like the Nebula Green and Eclipse Black colour variants whereas the Lunar Blue colour variant will have a matte acrylic rear panel.

Speaking of the design, what one first notice will be the curved display of the smartphone with minimum bezels on its top and bottom. The display also has a centrally aligned punch-hole selfie camera as well.

Coming to its rear, on its top left corner, the smartphone has a projected camera island which houses two of its camera rings and the dual LED flashlights. The renders also reveal that the smartphone will have a dual camera setup with a 50MP main camera which will support optical image stabilization(OIS).

The power button and the volume rocker are on the right side panel and the bottom side panel will have the speaker grille, microphone, USB type-C charging port and the SIM card tray.

Now lets also look at some of the specifications of the upcoming smartphone

The Motorola Edge 40 smartphone will be powered the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset and will come with an LPDDR4X RAM of 8GB and a UFS 3.1 storage of 256GB.

The device will feature a full HD+ P-OLED display and will have a screen size of 6.55 inch along with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The display will also have a peak brightness rate of 1200 nits with HDR10+ support.

Regarding the cameras, the Motorola Edge 40 smartphone will have a dual camera setup on its rear with a 50MP OIS main camera and an additional 13MP ultra-wide camera. The device will also have a front facing camera of 32MP as well.

It will also come equipped with a 4400 mAh battery which will support a 68W wired fast charge feature of 68W and a 15W wireless fast charge feature.
