We recently came across a tip shared by Yogesh Brar, which revealed that the POCO X8 5G and POCO X8 Power 5G could be launched in the Indian market during the first week of September and soon after, POCO India started teasing the launch of a new X series smartphone. Following this, the microsite for the vanilla POCO X8 5G has now gone live via the Flipkart shopping platform.

POCO X8 5G – Flipkart Microsite Goes Live in India
Earlier, POCO India had also teased the arrival of two new X-series smartphones through several marketing posters shared via its official X handle. The newly listed Flipkart microsite now indirectly confirms the moniker of one of these upcoming devices.
Interestingly, the POCO X8 name is not mentioned on any of the banners present on the microsite, but the URL of the page includes “POCO X8 Coming Soon,” confirming that it is indeed meant for the upcoming POCO X8 smartphone.
Moving on, the rear panel of the device has also been teased within a blacked-out area on the banner. The smartphone appears to be shown in a black color choice, and a squarish camera deco is featured on it. Two large circular camera rings and a third smaller ring housing the LED flash are also part of it.
Coming to its previously revealed details, POCO has not yet announced the specifications of the smartphone. However, most of its key specs have already been tipped by Yogesh Brar, and the device appears to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G that was introduced in China.
Furthermore, the tipster had also claimed that the POCO X8 Power 5G would be launched alongside the vanilla model. While POCO India’s previous marketing posters pointed towards the arrival of two X-series smartphones, the current Flipkart microsite only focuses on the POCO X8 5G.
