OPPO has confirmed that the OPPO Find X6 series and the OPPO Pad 2 tablet will be unveiled on March 21 in China. The Pad 2 will replace the Snapdragon 870-powered OPPO Pad, which debuted last year. Reports have revealed that the new tablet will come equipped with the Dimensity 9000 or the Snapdragon 888 chipset. A new leak has revealed the variants and colour options of the tablet.
According to tipster Snoopy Tech, the OPPO Pad 2 will arrive in three configurations: 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. The tablet will be available in colour options like Light Feather Gold and Nebula Grey. At present, it is unclear whether the tablet will be released in markets outside of China.
A recent leak revealed that the OPPO Pad 2 will come equipped with a new smart touch keyboard that will have a kickstand and a trackpad built in. The tablet will carry support for a new stylus, which is likely to be dubbed the OPPO Pencil 2.
OPPO Pad 2 Specifications
The OPPO Pad 2 will have an 11.6-inch LCD panel that will produce a 2.8K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will pack a 9,500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.
The tablet will run on Android 13 OS with ColorOS Pad UI on top. It may feature a 5-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel camera with an LED flash on the back.
