The smartphone brand Oppo unveiled its Oppo A5 Pro 5G smartphone last year in the Chinese market, and later the device was launched in some global regions as well. Though the Chinese and global variants were different from each other in terms of specs and design.
Well, Oppo will now introduce the Oppo A5 Pro 5G smartphone in the Indian market as well. The brand has officially confirmed that the device will launch in India on 24th April at 12 PM.

The teaser image reveals the design of the Indian variant, which is similar to the global variant. This suggests that we may see similarity in terms of specs also. The device is revealed to arrive with an IP69 rating and Damage Proof 360 degree Armour Body. It will be equipped with a 5800 mAh battery and support 45W SUPERVOOC flash charge. It will provide a 200% network boost.
Oppo A5 Pro 5G: Specifications (global variant)
The smartphone features a 6.67-inch LCD display that offers 1604×720 screen resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 120Hz touch sampling rate, 1000 nits brightness, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC paired with up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. It runs on ColorOS 15. The device is backed by a 5800 mAh battery and supports 45W SUPERVOOC flash charge.
It packs up 50MP main camera and a 2MP monochrome camera on the rear side, while on the front it features an 8MP selfie camera. Other features include- NFC, USB Type C port, Bluetooth 5.3, WiFi 5, dual SIM, IP69 rating, AI LinkBoost 2.0.
