Realme GT Pro has a larger resolution than the OnePlus 9RT which gives you better picture quality and a realistic experience
Performance
OnePlus has an outdated operating system while Realme GT Pro has Android 12 which is upgradable to the latest Android 13

Realme GT Pro has high-resolution cameras of 50MP + 50MP + 2MP and 32MP in front while OnePlus only has 50MP + 16MP + 2MP and 16MP in the front.
Battery
