OnePlus 16 design and colour options officially revealed; Pre-orders started in China

Just a few days ago, OnePlus officially teased that its flagship OnePlus 16 smartphone will soon make its debut in China. And today, the brand has revealed the design and colour options of this upcoming device.

Firstly, if we talk about the design, the upcoming device looks similar to its predecessor (OnePlus 15). The smartphone comes in three colour options: Tomorrow’s Starlight, Dark Forest and Mars Masterpiece.

The ‘Tomorrow’s Starlight’ colour option boasts a new interstellar light effect design, new nano-grating texture (starlight flows with every rotation), and new silk glass process, making the rear panel fingerprint-resistant. The all-new “Interstellar Lighting Effect” lets your highlights respond with starlight. The starlight illuminates with incoming calls, messages, and red envelopes, and also changes with the battle situation and music. Four lighting effects cover multiple scenes, and each highlight is accompanied by starlight.

The brand has also started pre-orders for this device on major e-commerce platforms. Consumers can grab up to 3112 Yuan worth of gifts for just 9.9 Yuan. There are some member privileges also available.

The company is expected to tease some more features of this upcoming smartphone in the coming days, while the launch date could also be revealed soon.
