OnePlus 12 officially confirmed to feature LYT-808 flagship main camera and 64MP periscope telephoto camera

OnePlus 12-  is confirmed to debut soon in China and has been a part of the headlines constantly for the past few days as the brand has started revealing the major key specs of the device recently. As per reports, this smartphone will be making its debut in the global markets next year while the global variant of the OnePlus 12 has already started making its appearance on different certification websites.

Ahead of its official launch, the company has now officially revealed the camera specs of this upcoming smartphone.

OnePlus 12 will be featuring the Sony LYT-808 flagship main camera sensor which is also seen in the Oppo Find N3 and OnePlus Open. It is confirmed to arrive with a 64MP periscope telephoto camera that arrives with 3x optical zoom, 70mm focal length, spin coating IR filter, F/2,6 large aperture, and ALC subwavelength structural coating. Though there is no official announcement on ultra wide lens but OnePlus 12 is expected to arrive with a 48MP ultra-wide lens.

OnePlus 12: Specifications

Other than the above camera specs, the device is officially confirmed to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. It will feature a 2K BOE X1 OLED screen with curved edges. The 3C listing of the device revealed that it will support 100W wired charging while the smartphone is expected to be backed by a 5400mAh battery. It is also said to arrive with 16GB RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.
