Nubia Z60 Ultra with latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and powerful triple camera system launched officially in China
Nubia has been teasing the specs of its latest Nubia Z60 Ultra smartphone for the past few days now and today the brand has finally launched this latest flagship device in its home country China. The device arrives with a powerful triple camera system, the latest processor, enhanced gaming features, and much more.
Nubia Z60 Ultra: Specifications
The smartphone features 6.8 inch AMOLED display that offers 1500 nit peak brightness, 120 Hz refresh rate, 1200 Hz peak sampling rate, and 2160 Hz PWM dimming. The display features a 12MP under-display camera with 440ppi pixel density. This UDC camera has it’s display chip and an AI deep-sensing engine. It is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor that is paired with up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. It runs on the company’s self-developed MyOS based on Android 14.
It is backed by a 6000 mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. The smartphone arrives with NeoVision Taishan Imaging system that comprises a powerful triple rear camera system- a 50MP primary camera with 18mm focal length, 50MP ultra-wide lens with 35mm focal length, and 64MP OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and an 85mm focal length. All these camera sensors come with OIS support and also support 4K 120fps video recording.
Some of the gaming enhancements are- aerospace-grade thermal plates, a large vapor chamber, dedicated Game Space, and Superframe stabilization. Connectivity options include- Wifi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, dual-frequency GPS, NFC support, and USB Type-C port. The smartphone arrives with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

The smartphone comes in three color variants- Star Collector’s Edition, Galaxy, and Star Glory. The device is available for pre-sale on Nubia’s official website and JD.com. The device arrives with 5 storage configurations:

Though the list price of the 12GB+256GB variant is CNY 4,299 it will be available at the President’s benefit price of CNY 3,999 till 26th December. Buyers just need to trade in a maximum of 1500 Yuan and order within this period they will also get the benefit of interest-free installments up to 24 issues, a free Bluetooth headset, and one year of broken screen insurance.
