Nubia has now introduced its latest NaviX Ultra smartphone in the Chinese market, marketing it as the world’s first AI agent smartphone. Apart from offering flagship specifications, the device arrives with the Nubia Doubao mobile assistant and several agentic AI features.

Nubia NaviX Ultra – Specifications and Features
It features a 6.78″ LTPO eye-protection display which uses flagship LIPO packaging technology and Q10+ luminescent material and comes with an adaptive refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 144Hz, up to 4500 nits of peak brightness, and 1.09mm ultra-narrow bezels on all four sides.
Full-range DC dimming and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming have also been offered for eye protection and has received SGS and ZREAL certifications.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and is equipped with a dedicated AI performance engine for running foreground and background tasks in parallel. For heat dissipation, it uses a 7100mm² three-dimensional vapour chamber cooling system.
Nubia NaviX Ultra – Specs
For photography, the Nubia NaviX Ultra sports a 200MP NeoVision primary camera with a 7P high-transmission lens and OIS support and comes paired with a 50MP ultra-wide camera with autofocus, along with a 64MP periscope telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom, QPD all-pixel focusing, DCG HDR, and OIS. The front has been given a 32MP camera.
A triple blue-glass-coated IR filter is also part of its optical system. Its AI-powered camera features include voice-guided photography, AI image editing, inspirational assisted shooting, and video generation.
On the battery side, the smartphone packs a 7100mAh fifth-generation Nanhai battery featuring 16% silicon content and an energy density of 902Wh/L. Despite housing a large battery, the device measures 7.62mm in thickness.
It also features the Xingqiong full-domain communication system, a dual-wing symmetrical large-aperture antenna, and a full-link weak-network communication enhancement engine.
Nubia NaviX Ultra – AI Agent Features
The Nubia NaviX Ultra uses the Nubia Doubao mobile assistant and features a dedicated AI button integrated with fingerprint recognition.
It uses the Seed full-duplex voice model for more natural conversations and a multimodal AI model capable of handling different usage scenarios. Nubia claims that its cross-application AI task execution has a success rate exceeding 80%, while support for more third-party services and additional callable app interfaces has also been offered.
There is a dedicated work-task mode which allows the AI agent to accept interruptions and new instructions while automatically arranging tasks in a queue.
Its other AI capabilities include generating recording summaries, identifying products displayed on the screen for shopping, intelligently answering and managing calls, and prioritising important notifications.
Additionally, the AI agent can learn and remember the user’s operating preferences. For privacy and security, the device offers a comprehensive lock-screen security strategy, AI agent large-model registration, and privacy and security certifications based on three international standards. It also uses the SAEP ecosystem protocol, featuring app-access declarations, full-chain auditing, and user authorisation.
Pricing and Availability
Regarding the pricing, the Nubia NaviX Ultra’s 12GB/512GB memory variant is priced at CNY 5,999, whereas its 16GB/512GB and 16GB/1TB variants carry respective price tags of CNY 6,499 and CNY 7,499.
Dream, Blue, Black, and White colour options are being offered with this device.
