Motorola Razr Fold Gets an India Launch Date of May 13th via Flipkart, Key Specs Also Confirmed
Motorola has officially confirmed the launch of the Razr Fold in India. While the brand had previously teased the arrival of its latest foldable, we now have a confirmed date and a glimpse at the hardware hitting the Indian market.

Motorola Razr Fold – India Launch Confirmed
As per the teaser released by Motorola India via its official X account, the launch date for this foldable flagship device has now been confirmed for May 13th 2026, and it will be available via Flipkart, the Motorola India website, and other authorised retailers. Additional details mentioned on the poster also reveal that the device has been ranked as the world’s number one foldable camera smartphone by DXOMARK. Moto AI, Gemini, and several more AI-based features are also confirmed to be coming with this device.
Along with confirming the availability and launch date, some key specifications for the Indian market have also been confirmed via the same X post. As per the details shared, the device is confirmed to feature a 6.6-inch outer display and an 8.1-inch inner 2K LTPO display, coupled with a 6000mAh battery supporting 80W TurboPower charging. Looking at the specifications revealed, it appears to be similar to the global variant that was unveiled earlier.
Previously, the same Flipkart microsite had revealed this device in a black colour variant, which Motorola calls Pantone Blackened Blue in the global markets. Now that the launch date has been confirmed, Motorola is expected to soon update the microsite with more details regarding this foldable smartphone.
