As announced earlier, Motorola has today officially introduced its latest Motorola Edge 70 Max smartphone in the Indian market.

The smartphone sports a 6.8-inch AMOLED LTPO display that offers Quad HD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, 7000 nits peak brightness, DCI-P3 & 10-bit Color, a 95.12% screen-to-body ratio and the display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC that arrives with on-device AI processing. It boasts a 3Mn+ AnTuTu score.

The Motorola Edge 70 Max runs on Hello UI based on Android 16. The company has promised 3 years of OS upgrades and 5 years of security updates. It packs a 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 main camera and an 8MP secondary camera on the rear side, while on the front it features a 32MP selfie camera. It is backed by a 7100 mAh battery and supports 90W TurboPower charging and 25W magnetic wireless charging. The device measures 164 x 77 x 8.22 mm and weighs 221g.
Other features include: Glass design with aluminium frame, all-camera 4K video recording, up to 58 hours of battery life, IP68 & IP69 rating, MIL-STD-810H Military Grade certified, ArcticMesh Cooling System with 5500mm2 vapour cooling chamber, Motorola Qira (exclusively available on 12GB variant), dual SIM, and Bluetooth v6.0.
Motorola Edge 70 Max: Availability
The smartphone comes in Pantone Ice Melt, Pantone Aqua Gray and Pantone Dark Shadow colours. The 8/256GB variant is priced at Rs 54,999, and the 12/256GB variant is priced at Rs 59,999.
The company is offering a Rs 5000 discount on HDFC/Axis credit card transactions or Rs 5000 off on exchange. The official sale will start on 20th July at 12 PM via Flipkart, motorola.in and at leading retail stores.
