Motorola has expanded the Edge 60 series now with the addition of Edge 60 and Edge 60 Pro. So now we have a total of 4 smartphones in this series. Both are powered by MediaTek SOC. While the vanilla is powered by Dimensity 7300, the Pro comes with Dimensity 8350 Extreme Edition.
Specs and Features
Motorola equips the Edge 60 Pro with a 6.7-inch pOLED quad-curved display, which the brand claims is its brightest and most vibrant yet. The display supports Pantone Validated and Pantone SkinTone Validated colour accuracy, and comes with Dolby Atmos for immersive audio. The Dimensity 8350 Extreme chipset easily handles intensive tasks, including AI-based interactions, high-resolution video playback, and smooth gaming.
On the rear, the Edge 60 Pro features a triple-camera setup comprising a 50MP main sensor with OIS and omni-directional all-pixel focus, a 50MP ultra-wide lens with macro capability, and a 10MP telephoto lens that offers 3x optical zoom and up to 50x Super Zoom. Motorola integrates a 50MP under-display front camera for a notch-free viewing experience. The device also brings moto ai 3.0 features, including Catch Me Up, Pay Attention, and Remember This, along with AI-enhanced photography tools like Group Shot and video optimisation. Smart Connect with AI allows users to mirror, stream, or multitask across compatible devices using simple commands.
Motorola builds the Edge 60 Pro with durability in mind. It boasts IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance, MIL-STD-810H certification, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The design blends premium aesthetics with ergonomics, featuring leather- and nylon-inspired textures in Pantone-curated colours like Shadow, Dazzling Blue, and Sparkling Grape. The 6000mAh battery supports 90W TurboPower charging, delivering up to 12 hours of usage in just six minutes(Claims Motorola). It also supports 15W wireless charging and holds the top battery score on DXOMARK.
The Motorola Edge 60 shares the same 6.7-inch pOLED quad-curved display with Pantone and Dolby Atmos support. Motorola powers this model with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. It mirrors the Edge 60 Pro’s camera hardware, including a 50MP Sony LYTIA 700C main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide/macro camera, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and up to 30x Super Zoom. A 50MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.
Motorola offers the Edge 60 in canvas- and leather-inspired textures, finished in Pantone Gibraltar Sea and Shamrock. It meets the same IP68/IP69 and MIL-STD-810H durability standards as the Pro model, along with Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The phone includes region-dependent battery variants—one model packs a 5200mAh battery that delivers up to 12 hours of use in just eight minutes with 68W TurboPower charging, while another variant includes a 5500mAh battery that offers the same usage duration in nine minutes (Claims Motorola).
