Just ahead of its April 21st launch, Oppo teases more specs of Oppo Pad 5 Pro and Oppo Pad Mini
Oppo is set to launch a series of gadgets on April 21st, 2026, in its home market, China, and has been teasing the specs of these gadgets. Now, some additional details regarding the Oppo Pad 5 Pro and Oppo Pad Mini have officially been revealed.

Oppo Pad 5 Pro and Oppo Pad Mini specs revealed
Starting with the Oppo Pad 5 Pro, this tablet is going to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, which has achieved an AnTuTu benchmark score of 4.47 million, and will run on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 OS. It will pack a 13,380mAh battery (battery backup of up to 20 hours of continuous video watching) with 67W SuperVOOC fast charging support. A 13.2″ 3.4K resolution display with 1000 nits peak brightness and a 144Hz refresh rate are the display specs that have been confirmed today. This tablet will have a 5.94mm thickness, will weigh 672g, and will have HiFi-level speakers. Another detail confirmed in the poster is that it will come with support for a dedicated keyboard case featuring a full-area haptic trackpad and backlit keys (sold separately).
The next is the Oppo Pad Mini, which, as per the poster, confirms it will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, which has managed to get an AnTuTu benchmark score of 3.21 million. There will be two versions of this tablet, one normal and the other one will be the “Bright Eye” Soft Light Variant. Both will have an 8.8″ 2.5K OLED display with a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate and 2.99mm ultra-narrow bezels. The tablet will pack an 8000mAh (typical capacity) battery (up to 19.5 hours of continuous video playback/up to 22.7 hours of continuous reading) and will run on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 operating system. The weight of the tablet is revealed to be 279g, and the thickness is 5.39mm (Standard version) / 5.46mm (Soft Light version).
