Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO recently launched the iQOO Z11x 5G smartphone in India, and now, the brand has introduced the iQOO Z11xa in the same market. Specs-wise and even in terms of design, the newly introduced smartphone is just the same as the iQOO Z11x 5G, with the difference being the memory configuration.

iQOO Z11xa – Specifications and Features
The iQOO Z11xa is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo SoC, which is claimed to achieve an AnTuTu benchmark score of over 890,000 and comes with 8GB RAM, along with support for an additional 8GB Extended RAM, and packs 256GB UFS 3.1-based internal storage. And as stated above, the only difference between iQOO Z11x and this newly launched device is the memory configuration, as the former also comes with 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB memory options as well.
On the software side, the smartphone runs on OriginOS 6 and is promised to receive two years of OS updates and four years of security updates. It also comes with the Origin Island feature with Drag and Go functionality.
Coming to the battery, the iQOO Z11xa packs a large 7,200mAh battery with support for 44W FlashCharge and reverse charging. The brand is also claiming a six-year battery health lifespan.

As per iQOO’s claims, the device can offer up to 40 hours of video playback, 93 hours of music playback, 15.4 hours of gaming, and 18.7 hours of social media usage.
For cameras, the smartphone sports a 50MP Sony IMX852 primary camera paired with a 2MP bokeh camera at the rear, whereas a 32MP selfie camera is present at the front.
Speaking of gaming, the iQOO Z11xa comes with features such as Monster Gaming Mode, AI Game Voice Changer, 4D Game Vibration, and bypass charging.
The device has been showcased in Titan Black and Prismatic Green colour options.
Pricing and Availability
The iQOO Z11xa will be available via Amazon India, the iQOO India website, and other major retailers starting 14th September 2026 with a price tag of INR 27,499 inclusive of all offers and discounts.
As mentioned above, the specifications and design of the newly introduced iQOO Z11xa are largely similar to those of the recently launched iQOO Z11x 5G smartphone.
