iQOO Z11x 5G Confirmed to Come with 2 Major OS Upgrades and 4 Years of Security Patch Updates, Other Specs Also Revealed

Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has already confirmed the launch date of the iQOO Z11x 5G smartphone for India (March 12th) and has been teasing its specifications ever since. Now, several new key details have been updated on the microsite along with the update policy of this smartphone.

iQOO Z11x 5G – Update Policy

According to new details on the Amazon microsite, the iQOO Z11x 5G will run OriginOS 6 out of the box and will receive two major Android OS upgrades along with four years of security patch updates. This means the smartphone will receive Android 18 OS upgrade and security updates until 2030.

In addition to the software support details, iQOO has also teased several gaming-focused features for the device. These include AI Game Voice Changer, 4D Game Vibration, and bypass charging, promoted under the tagline “Fully Loading Gaming | Monster Gaming Mode.”

The teaser further reveals that the smartphone will feature up to 8GB of RAM with an additional 8GB of virtual RAM, paired with UFS 3.1-based 256GB internal storage.

Apart from gaming features, the iQOO Z11x 5G will also focus on durability and multimedia capabilities. The device is confirmed to offer IP68/69-rated protection against dust and water, along with military-grade durability. For photography, it will include a 50MP main AI rear camera and a 32MP front-facing camera, both capable of recording videos in 4K resolution.

Other features revealed through the official microsite include dual stereo speakers with a 400% audio booster, Origin Island, Circle to Search, and AI Creation tools.

Previously, iQOO had also confirmed some key hardware specifications of the smartphone. The iQOO Z11x 5G will be powered by the Dimensity 7400 Turbo SoC and will pack a large 7200mAh battery with support for 44W FlashCharge, along with reverse charging capability.

The company also claims that the smartphone has achieved an AnTuTu benchmark score of over 1 million. In terms of pricing, it is expected to be positioned in the sub-₹23,000 segment in India.

As for design and colours, the microsite confirms that the device will be available in Prismatic Green and Titan Black colour options.

Meanwhile, tipster Gadgetsdata previously suggested that the smartphone may arrive in three memory configurations: 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB. The starting price is expected to be around ₹17,000–₹18,000.
