Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO launched the Z11 Lite 5G smartphone in the Indian market on 24th July 2026. At the time of its launch, the device was introduced in three memory options of 4GB/128GB, 6GB/128GB and 6GB/256GB. Now, a fourth memory configuration has been made available for the smartphone in the country.

iQOO Z11 Lite 5G – New 4GB/64GB Memory Variant
The new iQOO Z11 Lite 5G variant comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, and it is currently available for purchase through Amazon India.
However, at the time of writing, the new memory option is not listed on the official iQOO India website. Therefore, it could either remain exclusive to Amazon India or be added to the brand’s website at a later date. To note, iQOO has not officially confirmed its exclusivity.
Pricing-wise, the product page lists the new 4GB/64GB variant for INR 17,499. However, the promotional poster available on Amazon India mentions a price of INR 15,999. This lower price could be inclusive of bank discounts or other available offers, although the product page does not reveal the exact offer details.
Since the brand has only introduced a new memory configuration, the remaining specifications of the iQOO Z11 Lite 5G remain unchanged.
