Infinix GT 50 Pro: Features
It arrives with the Hydroflow Liquid Cooling System, which, as per the company, uses India’s first Explicit Viewport Design. There is a dedicated window on the rear panel that exposes the liquid cooling channels, while a specialised printing process creates a 3D effect with light and shadow to mimic mechanical pipes. It boasts 7700mm2 heat dissipation area.
The device follows a Cyber Mecha-inspired design, drawing on a supercar’s sculpted form with aerodynamic lines, a tapered waistline, and a streamlined curve inspired by wind-tunnel design. The rear panel boasts a Kevlar-style textured finish, built on a 2D composite panel designed to balance durability with a lightweight feel.
It is available in two colour options: Black Abyss (green liquid-cooling accent) and Red Blaze (red liquid cooling). The smartphone features Infinix’s Mechanical Lighting Waves, featuring 4 RGB light strips arranged in the brand’s signature GT crosshair pattern. The lighting system responds to incoming calls, gaming sessions and music playback, with 14 lighting effects and 8 customisable colour options.
The phone also introduces GT Trigger 2.0, with dual pressure-sensitive buttons integrated into the top edges of the device. The triggers can recognise different levels of pressure and can be assigned to actions such as aiming, firing, camera zoom or launching apps, allowing users to access key functions without reaching for the screen.
The smartphone sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that offers 1.5K screen resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, 330Hz touch sampling rate, 4500 nits peak brightness, PWM Dimming up to 2304Hz and the display is protected with Gorilla Glass 7i. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate SoC paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
The Infinix GT 50 Pro is backed by a 6500 mAh battery and supports 45W wired charging, 30W wireless charging and wireless bypass charging. It packs a 50MP main camera and an 8MP secondary camera at the rear, while there is a 13MP selfie camera. The device runs on XOS 16, and the company has promised 5 years of security updates and 3 major OS upgrades.
Other features include: X-axis motor, in-display fingerprint sensor, infrared blaster, dual SIM, Bluetooth 5.4, up to 144fps gaming, AI Gaming features, speakers with Dolby Atmos support, AI camera features, Infinix N1 Network Chip, 360-degree antenna design, GT Magcharge Cooler 2.0 (optional accessory), and IP64 rating.
