Recently, Infinix started a teaser campaign in India to reveal the launch date of its upcoming device. Though the company did not reveal the moniker of the device, it was assumed to be the Infinix GT 50 Pro smartphone, which was launched in the global markets in April.
The company has now officially confirmed that the Infinix GT 50 Pro smartphone will launch in India on 27th October.

Just like the global variant, the Indian variant will arrive with the Hydroflow Liquid Cooling System, which, as per the company, uses India’s first Explicit Viewport Design. There is a dedicated window on the rear panel that exposes the liquid cooling channels, while a specialised printing process creates a 3D effect with light and shadow to mimic mechanical pipes.
The device follows a Cyber Mecha-inspired design, drawing on a supercar’s sculpted form with aerodynamic lines, a tapered waistline, and a streamlined curve inspired by wind-tunnel design. The rear panel boasts a Kevlar-style textured finish, built on a 2D composite panel designed to balance durability with a lightweight feel.
It will be available in two colour options: Black Abyss (green liquid-cooling accent) and Red Blaze (red liquid cooling). The smartphone features Infinix’s Mechanical Lighting Waves, featuring 4 RGB light strips arranged in the brand’s signature GT crosshair pattern. The lighting system responds to incoming calls, gaming sessions and music playback, with 14 lighting effects and 8 customisable colour options.
The phone also introduces GT Trigger 2.0, with dual pressure-sensitive buttons integrated into the top edges of the device. The triggers can recognise different levels of pressure and can be assigned to actions such as aiming, firing, camera zoom or launching apps, allowing users to access key functions without reaching for the screen. The teaser image shared by the company also reveals that the device will be available in India via Flipkart.
