Huawei Nova 16 Series Launch Date Confirmed; Nova 16 Pro Colour Variant and Rear Design Teased
Update: As per the new details revealed by the brand, a total of four models will be launched under the Huawei Nova 16 series. These include the Nova 16, Nova 16 Pro, Nova 16 Ultra, and Nova 16z.
Speaking about the design, the Nova 16 Pro and Nova 16 Ultra will be carrying the same rear camera module design. However, the standard Nova 16 will have a slight variation, and as per the details shared, it will feature a dual camera setup at the rear.
Meanwhile, the Nova 16z is the one among the four models that has a completely different camera module design. The device can be seen with a vertical pill-shaped/oval camera module, housing a dual camera setup, dual LED flash, and two unknown sensors. Huawei is all set to launch its next smartphones under the Nova series, called the Huawei Nova 16 series, and the brand has now confirmed the 1st of June as the launch date of the upcoming devices. Apart from confirming the launch date, Huawei has also revealed one of the colour variants of the Nova 16 Pro, along with its rear design.

Huawei Nova 16 5G Series – Design Confirmed
As per the details shared online by the brand, the Huawei Nova 16 Pro has been teased in a Sky Blue and Gradient (Pink and Blue) colour variant. At the rear, the device can be seen with two large circular cutouts placed inside the camera module. One of these circular cutouts houses three small circular camera lens cutouts, while the second one houses a circular LED flash and another sensor, which is not known yet.
Speaking more, rumours point out that Huawei may also launch the MatePad Pro Max tablet and a new Supernova smartwatch alongside the smartphone series. However, this has not been confirmed by Huawei yet.
Talking about the Huawei Nova 16 5G series, it is expected to bring three models, which include the Nova 16, Nova 16 Pro, and Nova 16 Pro Max. Out of these, the colour variants of the Nova 16 and Nova 16 Pro were recently leaked, and as per those details, both devices are expected to come in Black, White, Blue, and Gradient finish options. Meanwhile, the Nova 16 Pro Max variant is said to miss out on the Gradient colour option.
As the launch date has now been announced, more details regarding the upcoming Huawei Nova 16 series are expected to be revealed soon via official teasers.
