Honor has now added a new budget 4G smartphone to its X-series lineup in the Malaysian market with the launch of the Honor X6e 4G, which has been introduced in two colour choices and a single memory option, and is currently available for purchase in the country.

Honor X6e 4G – Specifications and Features
Speaking about its design, the Honor X6e 4G has been launched in Sunrise Gold and Midnight Black colour choices, and in terms of its dimensions and weight, the device measures 163.9 × 75.9 × 8.29mm and weighs approximately 207gm. It also features an IP64-rated dust and splash-resistant body.
For its display, the smartphone is revealed to feature a 6.61″ TFT LCD screen with a resolution of 1604 × 720 pixels and support for 16.7 million colours. The screen uses aluminosilicate glass and supports multi-touch input with up to 10 touch points. Eye Comfort and Dynamic Dimming features are also offered on the device.
Under the hood, the Honor X6e 4G uses MediaTek’s Helio G81 Ultra octa-core chipset, and comes in a single 4GB/128GB memory option and supports an additional 4GB of virtual RAM, taking its combined RAM capacity up to 8GB.
Coming to its software, the Honor X6e 4G runs on MagicOS 10.0 based on the Android 16 operating system. Navigation options including gestures, three-button navigation, and a navigation dock are supported, while other software features include Device Clone, Backup and Restore, Flashlight, Calendar, Gallery, Calculator, and Magic Capsule.
Speaking about its cameras, the smartphone sports a 50MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and an auxiliary lens at the rear supporting up to 10x digital zoom. A rear LED flash and camera modes such as Portrait, Beauty, Bokeh, Video, High-Res, and Photo are also present.
For selfies and video calls, a 5MP front-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture is equipped which supports a maximum image resolution of 2592 × 1936 pixels, video recording at up to 1920 × 1080 pixels, and camera modes including Portrait, Beauty, Bokeh, Photo, and Video. The front camera also offers 2D facial recognition.
Coming to its battery, the Honor X6e 4G packs a 7,500mAh typical Li-ion polymer battery with a 45W Honor SuperCharge support.
Other key specifications include GSM, WCDMA, LTE TDD, and LTE FDD network connectivity, a hybrid dual-SIM slot, dual-band Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN hotspot, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C with USB 2.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and OTG support with up to 0.5A/5V output. HonorSuite support for PC synchronisation is also offered.
