Honor Win Turbo With 6.7″ 1.5K AMOLED Honor Oasis Eye Protection Screen, Dimensity 8500 Racing Edition SoC Launched in China

Just as it was predicted earlier, the Honor Win Turbo has now been launched in the Chinese market as a rebranded version of the Honor Power 2 smartphone, which was released in China recently. However, it should be noted that the design of this newly-launched device is completely different when compared to the Honor Power 2 handset.

Honor Win Turbo – Specs and Features

The Honor Win Turbo smartphone has now been introduced with the Dimensity 8500 Racing Edition processor, which is also coupled with the Titan MC8 GPU. On the software side, it runs on the Android 16-based MagicOS 10 custom skin.

For its display, the latest Honor Win Turbo smartphone features a 6.79″ AMOLED display screen with 2640 x 1200 pixels resolution, DCI-P3 wide colour gamut, and 1.07 billion colours. The display also supports 8000 nits HDR peak brightness and 1800 nits global peak brightness, along with HDR display for images and videos, True Colour display, and multi-touch support for up to 10 touch points. Honor Oasis Eye Protection Screen, AI Defocus Vision Soothing, 3840Hz ultra-high frequency PWM dimming, Natural Light-like Eye Protection, AI Sleep Aid Display, hardware-level low blue light, Extreme Dark Mode, and Eye Protection Mode are also among its display-related features.

The rear has a dual camera setup, consisting of a 50MP main camera with f/1.88 aperture, 10X digital zoom, 4K video recording and OIS support, along with a 5MP wide-angle camera. For selfies, the device offers a 16MP front-facing camera with f/2.45 aperture, and selfie ring light.

In terms of battery, the Honor Win Turbo packs a large 10000mAh battery backup, while its rated capacity is mentioned to be 9886mAh. It uses Honor’s Qinghai Lake lithium-ion polymer battery, and also supports wired SuperCharge with a maximum charging output of 20V/4A, along with compatibility for 11V/6A and 10V/4A SuperCharge. Smart charging mode support has also been given on the device.

Other key specs include 5GA/5G/4G+/4G/3G/2G network support depending on the operator, dual SIM dual standby, Honor’s self-developed C1+ radio frequency enhancement chip, WiFi 6, 2×2 MIMO, 1024 QAM, 160MHz, MU-MIMO, Bluetooth 6.0, Bluetooth Low Energy, LE Audio, Auracast, NFC, infrared remote control, OTG, Type-C USB 2.0 port, Type-C headphone jack, wireless screen mirroring, and PC data synchronisation. For location positioning, BeiDou, dual-frequency GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, NavIC, A-GNSS, cellular network positioning, and WLAN network positioning are supported as well. The device also comes with gravity sensor, fingerprint sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and infrared sensor.

Speaking more, the Honor Win Turbo also carries support for IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K dust and water resistance. Coming to its body specs, the device measures 162.1mm in length, 76.3mm in width, and 7.98mm in thickness, while it weighs about 216 grams including the battery.

The smartphone is now available for purchase in china in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 16GB/512GB, which are priced at CNY 3299, CNY 3599 and CNY 4199, respectively.
