Honor first showcased its innovative Robot Phone prototype at CES 2026, and later officially presented the working device at MWC 2026. Now, the upcoming smartphone is likely to receive two new color choices, as per the latest details shared by Honor CEO Li Jian.

Honor Robot Phone – New Color Choices Teased
As per the latest teaser poster shared by Honor CEO Li Jian, the Honor Robot Phone will be showcased at the WAIC 2026 – World Artificial Intelligence Conference – on July 18th, 2026. The event will be held at the Silver Hall C+D of the Shanghai World Expo Center. The poster also mentions that new color choices for the Honor Robot Phone will be coming soon.
Speaking of the color choices, the teaser poster shows the device in Silver White and Graphite Black finishes. The rear panel of both models features a vertically textured design, along with a large rectangular camera module.
Regarding its design, the Honor Robot Phone features a robotic camera arm that extends out of the large rear camera housing. The camera can move independently using a gimbal-like mechanism, while the complete robotic setup folds back inside the camera module when not in use.
The camera island also appears to house multiple camera sensors, including a periscope telephoto camera, along with a ring-shaped LED flash or sensor. The device further features a rounded frame and curved corners.
Honor had earlier revealed that the Robot Phone uses an ultra-compact 4DoF gimbal system with three-axis stabilization. It also supports AI Object Tracking, all-angle AI video calling, and rotational camera movement, while its robotic camera can respond using gestures such as nodding and shaking its head.
Speaking more about its expected specifications, tipster Digital Chat Station recently claimed that the Honor Robot Phone will sport a flat display measuring between 6.3″ and 6.4″, supporting a 1.5K resolution. It is also tipped to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
Moving on to its cameras, the marking on the module shows a 200MP primary camera with an f/1.6 aperture and 4D gimbal stabilization. Apart from this, tipster also emntioned that a 50MP ultra-wide camera and another 200MP periscope telephoto camera will likely be there as well.
The tipster further points out that the camera performance of the Honor Robot Phone could offer an early preview of the imaging technology planned for the upcoming Honor Magic9 series.
Also to add, the smartphone is tipped to pack a battery with a capacity of around 6,000mAh. It is expected to arrive with premium pricing, although its official price and complete specifications are still under wraps.
