Honor Magic V5 Specs and Design Teased Ahead of its Launch; Watch 5 Ultra and MagicPad 3 Also Coming Next Month
The Chinese smartphone and other consumer electronics maker – Honor a few days back had announced the Honor Magic V5 and AI Terminal Ecosystem Launch Conference in its home market, and it is scheduled to take place early next month. The key specs and design of the brand’s next flagship foldable have been teased via new teaser updates and along with it, the Watch 5 Ultra smartwatch and MagicPad 3 tablet are also set to debut on the same day.

Honor Magic V5 – Teased Specs and Design
As per the new teasers, the upcoming Honor Magic V5 is claimed to arrive as the ‘most powerful AI smartphone’, and it is also said to be the thinnest and lightest foldable of the market. All-brand interconnection and PC-level productivity are the other notable key specs of the device.
Looking more into its features, AI-related capabilities such as personal privacy protection, always-on computing power, real-time user awareness, and large screen multi-dimensional interconnection will be part of the upcoming device. Cloud, productivity, and ecosystem features will also be offered to users. Also, even though the device has a very thin form factor design, it assures stronger performance, better configuration, and longer battery life.
Via the shared teaser images, its folded and unfolded design aspects can be spotted, as well as the Gold color shade. Dual speakers, microphone holes, volume rockers, power button (likely also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner), card slot, USB Type-C port, antenna lines, and a projected camera module are its other design specs.
Just to add, with its Geekbench listing, specs like Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Version chip (clocked at 4.47 GHz), Adreno 830 GPU, Android 15 OS, and a 16GB RAM option were revealed for it. A 6.45″ cover display, 8″ main foldable display, triple camera setup (50MP OIS main camera, ultra-wide camera, 200MP periscope telephoto camera), 6100 mAh battery, 66W wired fast charging, and Beidou satellite messaging are reported to be its other expected specs.
Honor Watch 5 Ultra and MagicPad 3 – Also Coming Next Month
As mentioned, Honor has confirmed the Watch 5 Ultra and MagicPad 3 launches too – for early next month. About the Honor Watch 5 Ultra device, it will be featuring an aerospace-grade titanium alloy body, making it both light and tough at the same time. Sapphire Glass mirror protection also ensures that it is scratch-proof and transparent. The octagonal-shaped porthole design also brings an elegant and sharp look to the device. Three color variants will be introduced – Black, Silver x Blue, and Brown x Grey with silicon, stainless steel, and leather straps respectively.

Coming to the MagicPad 3 device, it will be a flagship large-screen AI tablet with a display screen of 13.3″. White, Gold, and Black color variants will be introduced for the tablet device, and notably it will offer specs like a dual rear camera system, IMAX-enhanced speaker unit (may likely be with four speakers), stylus-support, and detachable keyboard (with pogo pins). Also, the device has a thin design along with a display featuring wider viewing area – thanks to the slimmer bezels on all of its sides.
