Vivo’s upcoming smartphone, the Vivo Y100 has been a talk for quite a while with the company releasing more and more teasers about the smartphone. Now an update has revealed the expected specifications, price and the launch date of the smartphone.

Vivo Y100
The upcoming Vivo Y100 smartphone as per a Twitter post by the tipster, Paras Guglani might launch in 5 to 7 days. The company as mentioned has already started sharing the teaser posters of the smartphone and indeed we can expect the smartphone to be released soon.
The Twitter post has also revealed some of the specifications which can be expected in the smartphone. The smartphone is expected to be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G chipset and will run on the Android 12 based operating system.
The device can also be expected in an 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant.
The smartphone is also expected to feature an AMOLED display which will have a screen size of 6.3 inches and a refresh rate of 90Hz.
Looking at the cameras, the smartphone is expected to have a 64MP triple camera setup on the rear which includes two additional 2MP cameras as well. On the front, it is also expected to have a 16MP selfie camera.
We can also expect the smartphone to be equipped with a 5000 mAh battery which is to support a fast charge feature of upto 44W.
The Vivo Y100 smartphone is als0 expected to come in Gold, Blue and Black colour variants and is likely to be priced in between Rs. 27,000 and Rs. 29,000.
However, looking both at the specifications and the price of the smartphone, it seems that the smartphone is priced a little higher than it should be. With the launch of the smartphone, we’ll be able to confirm more about the Vivo Y100 smartphone.
