Both Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE Launching in India on May 6th at 12PM IST, Key Specs Revealed
The launch date for the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE smartphones has now been confirmed, and both devices are scheduled to debut on the 6th of May 2026 at 12PM IST in India. It has also been previously revealed that the two upcoming models will be made available via Amazon India and Flipkart – two of the major e-commerce platforms in the country.

Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE – What to Expect
Several key details about both of these smartphones have now been officially revealed by Vivo via the microsites hosted on Vivo India, Amazon India and Flipkart.
Talking about the Vivo X300 Ultra, the device is revealed to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and will pack a 6600mAh ultra-large BlueVolt battery. It is also confirmed to support 100W wired FlashCharge along with 40W wireless FlashCharge support. Vivo claims that the battery can offer up to 38.8 hours of YouTube playback time. Additionally, the smartphone will feature a liquid cooling vapour chamber covering a 5800 mm² VC area, and it is claimed that users will be able to perform continuous fixed-frame video recording for 5 hours and 6 minutes at a temperature of 35°C.
Speaking more, two colour options have been confirmed for the Vivo X300 Ultra – Eclipse Black and Victory Green. From the software side, the device will run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, and Vivo has promised 5 major OS upgrades along with 7 years of security patch updates. The Vivo X300 Ultra Photographer Kit is also confirmed to be introduced in India, which will include a 400 mm equivalent vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra, 200 mm equivalent vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2, vivo Imaging Grip, Tripod Collar Ring, and a portable shoulder strap. In fine print, Vivo has also mentioned a 16GB/1TB storage variant for the device.
Coming to the Vivo X300 FE smartphone, its microsite confirms three colour variants – Urban Olive, Lilac Purple, and Noir Black. At the rear, the device will feature a triple camera setup consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX921 ZEISS main camera with f/1.57 aperture, a 50MP Sony IMX882 ZEISS telephoto camera with a 1/1.95″ sensor supporting 3x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 110° field of view and low distortion. On the front, it will also offer a ZEISS-branded 50MP Sony IMX921 sensor with f/1.57 aperture.
Under the hood, the Vivo X300 FE is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 internal storage. On the AnTuTu V11 benchmark, the device is claimed to have achieved a score of 3,161,598 points. The smartphone will also pack a 6500mAh battery with 90W FlashCharge, 40W wireless FlashCharge, and bypass charging support. Vivo further claims that users can get up to 10.45 hours of always-on navigation or 38.4 hours of YouTube video streaming.
