A new OnePlus adapter receives Indian BIS certification, can be OnePlus Open adapter

We have witnessed the launch of several foldable smartphones this year but few are still waiting to be launched and raise the bar. One of the recent foldable smartphones that we saw was Xiaomi’s MiX Fold 3.

In recent days we are to see the launch of the Oppo Find N3 and OnePlus’ first foldable smartphone, the OnePlus Open. The OnePlus Open was earlier expected to make its global debut in August but it reportedly got delayed because of last-minute screen replacement.

And recently a Twitter user named Yogesh Brar mentioned in a tweet that launch can be delayed till late September or early October. And according to him, the possible reason is Oppo’s ongoing patent dispute with Nokia.

Indian BIS certification of the OnePlus adapter

Amid rising speculations around its launch, a new OnePlus adapter has received Indian BIS certifications. This has been spotted by a reliable tipster named Mukul Sharma who wrote sharing the image “While not confirmed, it might belong to the OnePlus Open”.

As per the image shared by the tipster, the adapter has been spotted with the model number OSDC3D00AI. If tipster is to be believed this listing confirms its launch in the Indian market in the upcoming days.

But neither tipster is sure about it nor there is any report around it confirming its Indian BIS certification listing so it remains still a matter of confusion.
