New HP OmniBook 5 Laptop Powered by Snapdragon X Chip Releasing This Month in India: Pre-Order Now Announced Via Amazon

HP – the American tech maker had early this month teased the soon arrival of its OmniBook 5 laptop with the Snapdragon X chip to India and now, its release date has been confirmed. Also to add, the brand has announced the pre-order for this device as well in the country.

HP’s new OmniBook 5 laptop which will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon X processor will be released in the Indian market on the 30th of June 2025 and as mentioned, the pre-order for this device is now live on the Amazon India shopping platform. Interested Indian customers can get it in 16GB/512GB and 16GB/1TB storage options at respective prices of INR 70,990 and INR 74,990 (15% discounted pricing, actual list price – INR 83,704 and INR 88,225). Bank discounts, standard/no cost EMI, cashback, exchange benefits, and partner offers are also available with the device. Notably, customers pre-booking the device will get a HyperX headset absolutely free of cost.

About its key features, the HP OmniBook 5 laptop will be introduced as a next-gen AI PC, with HP AI Companion, AI Noise Reduction, and Copilot+. Apart from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X 8-core processor (Snapdragon X1-26-100), the device has a 14″ 2K OLED display screen supporting 300 nits of brightness rate, and offers an HP True Vision 1080p FHD camera with temporal noise reduction. Up to 34 hours of battery life is claimed on the device, and it will be able to charge up to 50% in just 30 minutes.
WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, full-size backlit keyboard, precision touchpad, HP Audio Boost 2.0, multiple connectivity ports (two USB Type-C ports with 10Gbps signaling rate, one USB Type-A port with 10Gbps signaling rate, a headphone/microphone combo port), 12.69 mm thin aluminum chassis, and 1.35 kg weight are its other specs.
