Honor Pad V9 Build and Battery Features Teased; Honor GT Aurora Green Color Variant Revealed
The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, Honor, will soon be launching its new Pad V9 tablet and GT phone in its home market and following the recent launch date confirmation, the brand has been teasing its upcoming devices. Now, more details have been shared, pointing to the build and battery features of the Pad V9 tablet and revealing the Aurora Green color variant of the GT phone.

Honor Pad V9 – Build and Battery Features
The Honor Pad V9 based on the new teaser update is revealed to be the first tablet to receive the SGS Gold Label Five-Star High-Strength Certification. It is 6.1 mm thin and weighs 475 gm. The device is also teased with an 80 days long standby time as well. All these together form what the brand calls the ‘Iron Triangle’, which makes the tablet distinguish itself from other tablet models.
Apart from the above details, Honor’s Pad V9 device is going to be a powerful device with AI capabilities. It will also feature Honor’s Soft Light Oasis Eye Protection screen, offering both eye protection and better display quality. The device is also a Wi-Fi-only tablet with 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB storage options and Jade Dragon Snow(White), Mountain Ash(Grey), and Lu Yan Zi(Purple) colors choices. The render images of the tablet also confirmed a quad speaker system and IMAX Enhanced experience too.
Honor GT – Aurora Green Color Model
Honor’s GT gaming phone has already been confirmed to arrive in three colors and we have previously seen the Ice Crystal White and Phantom Black color models. Now the brand has revealed the Aurora Green color model as well. Unlike the other two, the Aurora Green color variant does not have a dual tone rear panel and appears to have a larger Honor branding marked in a vertical manner.
Other revealed/expected specs of the Honor GT phone include the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, 6.7″ LTPS straight display with 1.5K PC-level resolution and ultra-high frequency dimming, 50MP OIS primary + 12MP ultrawide dual rear cameras, 100W wired fast charging, aerospace-level heat dissipation material, master-level stereo dual speakers, 7.7 mm thickness, and 196 gm weight. It will be made available in 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB storage options.
Both the Honor Pad V9 tablet and Honor GT phone will be launched in China on the 16th of December 2024, next week, and the preservation for the two went live recently in the country.
