Starting with the specs and features, the latest Sony INZONE H6 Air arrives with an open-back acoustic structural design aimed at delivering a wider and more natural soundstage experience.

Speaking more, the device is designed for both PC and PS5 gaming platforms, and according to the brand, it is capable of reducing internal sound reflections for a more realistic and creator-intended gaming audio experience. It additionally features high-definition 40mm driver units inspired by Sony’s professional MDR-MV1 monitor headphones.

Sony has also included a custom RPG and Adventure equalizer mode developed together with PlayStation sound engineers for improved immersion and more precise spatial sound output. Support for 360 Spatial Sound for Gaming is also part of the device via the bundled USB-C audio box.

In terms of design and comfort, the headset weighs approximately 199 grams and features an ultra-lightweight over-ear design along with premium aluminum materials and a balanced headband structure for longer gaming sessions with reduced pressure and fatigue.

Coming to the microphone specs, the Sony INZONE H6 Air packs a detachable cardioid boom microphone which focuses on the user’s voice while minimizing surrounding background noise. Natural voice monitoring support is also part of the device thanks to its open-back design, while built-in volume and mute controls are additionally given for easier in-game adjustments.
