OPPO Enco Air5s With Newly Customised 12mm Large-Amplitude Driver, IP55 Dust and Water Resistance Launched in China

The newly launched TWS earbuds from OPPO – the OPPO Enco Air5s, have now been introduced in the Chinese market alongside several other gadgets. This also includes the brand’s first secondary screen accessory called OPPO Bubble.

OPPO Enco Air5s – Specs and Features
OPPO’s latest Enco Air5s TWS earbuds have been introduced in the Chinese market with the model number “ETEF1”, and it comes as a semi-in-ear type wireless headphone. The device has been given a newly customised 12mm large-amplitude dynamic driver unit, and it is said to offer powerful bass and bright treble. 360-degree stereo surround sound and headphone-side spatial audio are also key features.
For its design, the OPPO Enco Air5s has a 3.9gm cloud-like body, and each earbud weighs 3.9 grams. The total net weight of the device is 38.7 grams, while the charging case weighs 30.9 grams. Its overall size is 52.19 x 24.66 x 57.19mm, and the TWS earbuds have also been brought out in a Beautiful Starlight Purple colour option.
On the noise cancellation side, noise cancellation support has been given on the OPPO Enco Air5s, and it can intelligently switch between deep noise cancellation, light noise cancellation, and transparency mode. ENC call noise reduction, flagship vocal noise reduction algorithm, and three-mic AI call noise reduction are also supported on the device. The brand also claims that it can offer clear calls even while running or cycling, and it is also said to turn spaces like dormitories into a library-like quiet space.
Speaking more, the earbuds support Bluetooth 6.0, dual-device connection, and a transmission radius of 10 metres. Dual-sided stereo output, 20Hz to 20kHz frequency response range, three microphones, full-device spatial audio, and IP55 dust and water resistance rating are also offered on the device. The earbuds have also been given AI translation features for international travel, along with face-to-face translation and simultaneous interpretation support. Precise and quick controls, including slide gestures for adjusting volume, are also there.
In terms of battery, the OPPO Enco Air5s is said to offer up to 6 hours of battery backup on the earbuds and up to 30 hours with the charging case in transparency mode. With noise cancellation turned on, it again offers up to 6 hours on the earbuds and up to 30 hours with the charging case, while with noise cancellation turned off, up to 20 hours on the earbuds and up to 100 hours with the charging case are claimed. The charging case packs a 530mAh battery, and the wired charging time for the earbuds and charging case is approximately 90 minutes. A USB Type-C charging interface is also given.
Pricing and Availability
About its pricing and availability details, the OPPO Enco Air5s will be made available for purchase in China from the 29th of May. It comes in three colour options of Moonlight White, Dark Night Black, and Starlight Purple, and carries a price tag of CNY 299.
