Apple’s digital-only event on September 15: Here’s what we know so far

Apple is set to hold a digital media event on September 15 where the company is likely to unveil its newest iPhones.

The event will start at 10 a.m. Pacific Time (1 p.m. Eastern) on Apple’s official website for viewing through browsers, as well as the TV apps on iOS and iPadOS devices.

The Cupertino-based company is rumoured to launch four new iPhone 12 models — two premium Pro models and two affordable variants.

The Apple Watch Series 6 is also expected to be shown off at the digital-only event, including sensor and battery improvements. Plus, a redesigned iPad Air is also likely to be featured.

This year, the event will be a virtual one only like the company’s WWDC20 developers’ conference due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
