Apple is all set to release its new smartphone series on 7 September at 10:30 PM IST

The date for the launch event of the following flagship smartphone series has finally been disclosed by Apple. To introduce the iPhone 14 series, watches, and other devices, the Cupertino tech titan has scheduled an event called “Far Out.” However, the rumors claim that the new iPhones will be revealed a week ahead of time.

This is Apple’s first significant event in two years, and it will be held in person under the name “Far Out” to display new goods. The company’s official YouTube and social media channels will broadcast this unveiling live. An iPhone 14 with a 6.1-inch display, an iPhone 14 Max with a 6.7-inch display, an iPhone 14 Pro with a 6.1-inch display, and an iPhone 14 Pro Max with a 6.7-inch display are expected to be part of the premium lineup.

The iPhone 14’s base model could cost $799, the same as the previously released iPhone 13 model. The tech replaced the micro variant with a max this year, however, the company has not officially confirmed this. The A16 Bionic chipset is anticipated to power the Pro models, while the non-pro variants might use the A15 Bionic chipset, which is also present in the iPhone 13 series. The business is making this decision because it wants to keep some functionality restricted to the Pro models.

Additionally, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max may have a notch in the shape of a pill, while the other models are anticipated to have the same notch as the iPhone 13. According to rumors, Apple will use better OLED panels in its Pro models and older generation displays in its non-Pro devices. This year, Apple intends to produce more than 220 million iPhone models.

The Apple Watch Series 8, which could be sold in three distinct variations including a SE model and a tough edition, is anticipated to be unveiled with the iPhone 14 lineup by Apple.
