VVS Laxman reveals why Virat Kohli and Rahul Dravid didn’t insist on a follow-on in Mumbai Test

But he didn’t, and his tactics were questioned on social media, but former Indian cricketer VVS Laxman stated on Sunday that, with the South Africa Test series approaching, he, too, would have wanted his hitters to get some runs under their belts before of the vital overseas clash.
In an interview with Star Sports ahead of the start of Day 4 in Mumbai, Laxman said that the decision will allow Kohli and Cheteshwar Pujara to reach the elusive three-figure mark. He also stated that India will bat all day 3 of the match.
