Indian Embassy has made a statement that they are currently working on the evacuation of all Indian nationals from Hungary. They said We are working with govt of Hungary to provide all possible assistance: the Indian embassy in Hungary on the evacuation of Indians from Ukraine.

There are about 5500 Indians living in Hungary. There are around 1000 Indian students studying in various universities in Hungary. Some ICT professionals and others employed in the manufacturing sector of Indo-Hungarian joint ventures are also present.
