George Bush slipped his tongue, read here to know full story

George Bush mistakenly said the war on Iraq was Brutal instead of saying Ukraine.

Former US president George Washington slipped his tongue during a speech made in Dallas on Wednesday. He mistakenly said that the invasion of Iraq is ‘ Brutal’ and ‘Illegal’. He later corrected that he meant to say Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

The crowd started laughing when he blamed his age for the mistake and for the way he slipped his tongue. When Bush was president in 2003, the US invaded Iraq where thousands of people were killed.  This significant tongue slip by Bush went viral on the internet and Twitter. In his words, he referred to the invasion as a ” wholly unjustified and brutal invasion” but he slipped his tongue by saying Iraq instead of Ukraine.

George Bush compared the Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelensky to Britain’s wartime leader and condemned Russian president Vladimir putin for launching a war against the Ukraine.
