Coca Cola also known as ‘Coke’ is a carbonated soft drink manufactured by the US Coca cola company which was established in 1886 (136years ago).  The owner and founder of was John S. Pemberton who lately forwarded the owners right.

How did the company made to the market?

In 1888,the founder of Coca cola -Pemberton sold the Company’s ownership rights to Asa Griggs Candler

whose is a businessman and because of his business schemes and ideas led Coca cola company to its supremacy in the global soft drinks market in the 20th and 21st century.

Coca Cola is a carbonated water in which the two main ingredients which are used to prepare Coca cola are ‘coca leaves’ and ‘kola nuts’ which is referred as caffeine containing seeds.

and the name – Coca Cola was inspired by these two main ingredients Coca – Kola (Coca cola).

Recently in April, Elon Musk, the words richest man, commented on microblogging site – Twitter in his handle which says,’next he’ll buy Coca cola company to put caffeine back in’.

Though the recipe of making this soft drink is confidential to the makers itself but as per historical reports of the US company, Caffeine was an ingredient in it.

Because, when the company was founded i.e. in 19th century, and coca cola was formed Caffeine was legal ingrident for many purposes in US countries and was commonly used on medicinal basis as well.

Pemberton hence, established his Coca cola (Company) product as a medicine which cures headaches, upset stomach and fatigue as well.

Coke still contains caffeine on certain level but they are trying to reduce the level of caffeine in their soft drink – ‘Coke’

because if a human consumes caffeine in more quantity than it can be harmful for their body.
