Many new eager owners of the new PS5, are now looking forward to customizing and changing the look of their new console. The shell company initially branded itself as PlayStation 5, but the company to avoid lawsuits from Sony was forced to rebrand itself to “Customize My Plates”. However, turns out it wasn’t enough. They eventually had to rebrand again to CMP Shells with complete with legal safeguards to ensure Sony can’t come after them.

CMP on its official site addresses the potential of a lawsuit from Sony, safeguarded by patents that are currently pending. CMP on its site states, “The patent is pending and all sales finalized before it’s approved is untouchable. We didn’t know before. Now we do,”. “Further we have not replicated anyone’s proprietary design. Our shells improve upon the original by allowing for more ventilation. We will be able to sell even after the patent is approved.”

The preorders are expected to go quickly as there are 1000 of each colour in the first batch in order to keep their shells super exclusive. They are expected to arrive by the end of February, and its unknown if or when CMP Shells will manufacturer either new colours or new batches of the existing colours.

I believe and I have seen that Change is the only constant and we humans need to adapt to those changes. The world is constantly changing and keeping people informed and updated about the happenings in the simplest way possible is my goal; Afterall we live in a world where the attention span of an adult human is merely 8 seconds. If someone chooses to read an article beyond 8 seconds it sure is an achievement meaning the article has quality. I want to be that person. I want to produce quality and informative content to the reader, keep them engaged.
