Starlink Business Operations VP calls reports regarding India freezing Starlink service approval ‘misleading’

Though later, it was announced that the visibility of the website was due to a glitch, and the pricing reflected was not what the company had planned for India.
While we were waiting for this facility to officially make its debut in India, a few reports surfaced online recently claiming that the Indian government has frozen regulatory approvals for Starlink, blocking its entry in India. As per reports, this decision was taken due to security concerns over the reported use of the service during the Iran war and compliance with Indian security requirements, given Starlink’s global footprint and US ownership.
These claims arrived as a shocker and grabbed a lot of attention online. Well, Vice President of Starlink Business Operations, Lauren Dreyer, has finally cleared the air over this issue via her X post.
