In the post shared by boAt, it recommended users check the website before making any order. And it also gave a mail id through which you can send any fake boAt websites if you find them. As soon as this post was posted multiple users came forth to share websites that were claiming to be a boAt official website.
The company is trying hard to take action against these fake websites that claim to sell boAt products at an even 50% to 60% discount. According to various reports, the fake product market is worth trillion and is expected to go higher than ever before.
This tells that the law is not helping enough to thwart such expansion of this market so companies and brands will have to come forth and interact with their use for developing a sense of distinction.
