The automaker Skoda has launched a Sportline variant of the Kylaq in the Indian market. This variant comes with a sportier look and is positioned between the Signature+ and the Prestige trims.

Features
It comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, outside rear-view mirrors, faux skid plates on both bumpers and the roof. There is a roof-mounted spoiler, and the C-pillar and tailgate feature new ‘Sportline’ branding. It boasts LED fog lamps and projector LED headlights.
Inside, the Kylaq Sportline comes with leatherette seats with Sportline labels on the headrests. There are aluminium pedals, ambient lighting, wireless charging, auto AC, electric sunroof, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system and an 8-inch virtual cockpit. It is equipped with 6 speakers. It boasts a darker cabin theme.
Coming to the powertrain, the Sportline variant comes with the same 1.0L direct-injection turbo-petrol engine, producing 115hp and 178Nm of torque. It is available with 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission options.
All Kylaq variants continue to offer 6 airbags as standard. It comes with a 5 star Bharat NCAP safety rating.
Availability
The 6-speed manual transmission option is priced at Rs 11.32 lakh (ex-showroom), and the 6-speed automatic transmission option is priced at Rs 12.32 lakh (ex-showroom). Buyers can customise the SUV with a Sportline accessories pack.
