Ather Energy officially introduces its Ather Konarc electric scooter in India

Today, Ather Energy has unveiled its Ather Konarc electric scooter in the Indian market. The scooter arrives with the company’s new EL platform, a built-in 450W charger+ cable and more.

Ather Konarc: Features

The scooter comes with a metal body, steel chassis and a centre stand. The LED headlight is mounted on the handlebar cowl, and there is also a massive LED DRL. The side panels feature sharp creases. It comes with a large seat, a substantial pillion adjustable backrest and the floorboard is also spacious.

It gets a Showa telescopic fork and a monoshock, while there are 14-inch alloy wheels at both ends. There is a front disc brake and a rear drum brake, while it also boasts Ather’s Advanced Electrical Braking System, which combines regenerative braking with conventional braking.

The Konarc features a TFT instrument console with smartphone connectivity. It includes features introduced with AtherStack 7.0. Voice control, full-fledged navigation, pothole alerts, tow alerts, crash alerts, riding modes, reverse mode, new airwalk mode, and hill-hold assist are the features incorporated in the scooter. It boasts a 1352 mm wheelbase.

Keyless entry with MagicKey, an auto pop-up feature for the boot, a large 31-litre underseat storage area that can accommodate up to two half-face helmets and an apron-mounted cubbyhole for smaller items are some of its other features. The scooter can automatically lock itself when the rider walks away.

The scooter comes with multiple battery options: 2.1kWh, 2.7kWh, 3.5kWh. There are four claimed range figures: 100km, 125km, 161km, and 200km. The Konarc can be charged with a 450W on-board charger+ plug. The company has also rolled out a combined charging feature; users can add another 450W charger to have a combined charging capacity of 900W.

The electric scooter has a top speed of 70 km/h for the S-Line variant and 80 km/h for the Z-Line variant.

  • 100 km: INR 99,999 (Q1 2027)
  • 125 km: INR 121,999 (September 2026)
  • 161 km: INR 144,999 (September 2026)
  • 200 km: Price will be announced soon (Q3 2027)

Konarc Z
