Vivo is said to be working on a new ‘E’ suffix smartphone under its X300 series for its home market in China, as its key specifications have now been shared by tipster Digital Chat Station via his official Weibo profile, and its alleged model number has also been spotted on the Chinese TENAA and 3C certification databases.

Vivo X300E – TENAA and 3C Certifications, Key Specs Tipped
Before getting into what Digital Chat Station has revealed, the alleged Vivo X300E smartphone carrying the model number ‘V2612A’ has first appeared on the TENAA certification database. The listing, dated 28th June 2026, carries the certificate number ‘02-B220-262044’, and via this listing, a few key details of the upcoming smartphone have been revealed.

As per the TENAA certification listing, the device will be supporting GSM, WCDMA, LTE FDD, TD-LTE, and NR SA network connectivity. It is also revealed to feature a 6.59″ AMOLED display, which will have a resolution of 2750 × 1260 pixels, and 1073.74 million color depth. The smartphone has also been listed with a body size of 157.52 × 74.33 × 7.99 mm and a weight of 203 grams.
About its revealed key specs, the upcoming Vivo smartphone is pointed out to arrive with an octa-core processor clocked at 3.8GHz. 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB RAM options, along with 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB internal storage variants, are also listed on the database for this upcoming handset. It will be running on the Android operating system.
For cameras, the TENAA listing reveals a triple rear camera setup, which includes 50MP + 50MP + 8MP camera sensors. A 50MP front-facing camera can also be expected on the device. The listing further mentions 2x optical zoom support, along with infrared, Bluetooth, and USB local connectivity options. Additionally, gravity sensor, proximity sensor, light sensor, fingerprint recognition, in-display fingerprint recognition, and face recognition are also revealed for the upcoming smartphone.
Moving on to its battery, the TENAA listing has pointed out that the device will pack a 7015mAh rated battery. Moreover, on the 3C certification database, the same model number has also been spotted with 90W wired fast charging support.
Speaking more, tipster Digital Chat Station has shared the expected spec sheet of this upcoming device, and it matches with what has been revealed via the TENAA certification listing above. Notably, as per him, the upcoming Vivo X300E could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, and its clock speed also matches with what has been revealed on the TENAA database. He further adds that the device will likely feature a 6.59″ 1.5K OLED flat display, a 50MP front camera, and a rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP IMX8 periscope lens.

To add, ZEISS imaging support is also expected on the smartphone. The device is also said to pack a 7015mAh/7100mAh± battery backup, along with support for 90W fast charging. Other tipped details include a small square deco logo placed at the upper-left corner, a possible metal frame, and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
As mentioned above, the device measures 7.99 mm in thickness and weighs 203 grams as per the TENAA listing.
